In participating in this program, we are examining both the extent of available regional resources and planning the potential business structure to provide for complex inter-relationship between stakeholders. Significant ground work and community engagement has occurred in establishing this early stage development, and we are developing a roadmap and methodology for delivery of projects of this type and scale.
